Foreign Missions

CCC currently supports foreign missionary, Justin C. Argabright, his wife Shera, and daughter Megan.
They are missionaries to Mozambique, Africa.

The Argabright's are currently traveling around the country raising money to support their missionary work once they arrive in Mozambique. They hope to establish a Bible School in the country to train the ministers who are already there. Their daughter Megan is currently attending Harrisburg Community College in Harrisburg, PA studying nursing. She hopes to use her skills on the field in Africa.

Almost twice the size of California, the Republic of Mozambique stretches for 1,535 miles along Africa's southeat coast. After having been under Portuguese colonial rule for 470 years, Mozambique became an independent, Marxist state on June 25, 1975. In October 1992 the government and the guerrillas signed a cease-fire agreement to end the 16-year-old civil war that had destroyed much of the nation.

Today the church has 4,500 constituents, 65 ministers, and 195 churches and preaching points.

A former district youth secretary, youth president, and presbyter, Justin Argabright was pastoring Calvary Apostolic Church in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, when he and his wife, Shera, received their October 2001 appointment as missionaries to Mozambique.
