Formerly known as East Pakistan, the People's Republic of Bangladesh lies on the Bay of Bengal in South Asia. It is the most densely populated nation in the world and produces over 50% of the world's supply of jute. Rice, sugarcane, and tea are other principal crops. The Ganges and Brahmaputra Rivers cut through Bangladesh's low plain, while devastating monsoons and cyclones frequently flood the land.



Missionary Corbin has said, “I have served on the mission field of Bangladesh since 1993 and have had the privilege of preaching and teaching the Word of God to the people of Bangladesh. With God’s blessings, three churches have been established through this ministry. We practice various methods of soul winning—from evangelistic services and preaching to informal Bible teaching and preaching in homes. We also endeavor to win souls through showing mercy and having compassion on them. This has been most effective.”
